Signs it's Time to Repair
Minor glass damage, worn hardware, small drafts, or issues like seal failure (moisture between panes) can often be repaired without replacing the entire window. Repairs work best when the frame and overall structure are still in good condition.
When Replacement Makes Sense
If you’re dealing with rotted or broken sashes, compromised frame integrity, or windows that are near or past their typical lifespan (often around 20+ years), replacement is usually the better long-term investment.
